How care begins

When you or your healthcare provider call, we will send a nurse to visit you, evaluate your needs, answer any questions, and provide you with options for care. The choice about how and where you receive care is always yours.

Payment

Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance policies cover the cost of hospice care. As a nonprofit organization, Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care is dedicated to serving all patients, regardless of their financial resources or complexity of care needed. Our staff will help families determine reimbursement or need for assistance.
